When Discord announced their plan to venture into games distribution, they also announced a number of titles that were coming to the platform. First on Discord games were positioned as timed-exclusive, high-quality titles.

I created and managed the marketing campaigns for all of our First on Discord titles. I began by crafting positioning and messaging documents, and then collaborated with channel owners to activate a cohesive marketing campaign that complemented the strengths of each title.

  • Last Year: The Nightmare was my first campaign in a lead role. Last Year reached #3 on Twitch on launch day, and remained the best-selling title on the platform until the Discord Store closed.

  • Created two community and influencer tournaments for Minion Masters and King of Hat.

  • Created hand-made Viking "treasure chests" for influencers with props and a runic cipher to promote the launch of Bad North on the Discord Store.

  • Transitioned the launch of Killer Queen Black to a Nitro game giveaway after the Discord store was sunset.

  • Met and exceeded all contractual marketing obligations.
